Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
For rolling:
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup almond flour
Directions:
Preheat your sous vide machine to 165°F (74°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, grated fresh ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ground nutmeg, and salt until fully combined. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to shape the mixture into 8-10 balls.
In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded coconut and almond flour for rolling.
Roll each ball in the mixture until fully coated.
Put the balls in a sous vide bag and close it, making sure to let out as much air as you can.
Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes with the bag in the sous vide machine.
Take the bag out of the sous vide machine and the ginger balls out after 1 hour 30 minutes.
Serve the ginger balls warm or cold as a delectable and nutritious snack or dessert.
